Appointment Booking Terms & Conditions

• Priority will be given to customers with appointment made.

• Customer may book for more than one appointment for a same or different hair services.

• Bookings can only be made up to 3 months in advanced and/or agreed by our stylist otherwise.

• Once an appointment is confirmed, any cancellation or re-appointment must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) in advanced.

• By proceeding to "Book Now", your provided information will be used for stylist to contact you prior to your appointment.

• The stylist has the right to cancel the appointment if the customer had consecutive late arrivals or no-shows.
